  • Good adhesion to concrete and the ideal base for plastering.
  • Difficult inflammable material: B – s1, d0 after EN 13501-1
  • Resistance to aging, chemical effects, parasites and moulds.
  • Neutrality in combination with building materials and metals.
  • Good sound absorption and high water vapour permeability.
    Very good mechanical properties
  • Easy formatting and other processing at installation
  • High capacity of maintenance of phase displacement of penetrating heat through the surface of the building

Stirotermal system panels are an important element of a hot-water underfloor heating system. They provide the necessary insulation and allow easy and quick installation of the pipes.

STIROTERMAL DUO 11

Stirotermal Duo 11 is a very compact panel, which allows a uniform load of up to 3000 kg/m2. It consists of hard polystyrene and a hard corrugated polystyrene film. The panels join solidly and waterproof with each other longitudinally and transversely according to the principle “knob into knob”, therefore they are suitable for installation under cement mortar, as well as under floating screed in spaces, where the height of the floor is limited. The shape of the knobs allows for a very firm grip of pipes in diameter of 14 to 18 mm at an interval of at least 50 mm.

Characteristics
  • Thermal Conductivity  λD: 0,034 W/m.K
  • Thermal Resistance RD: 0,30 m2 K/W

STIROTERMAL DUO 20

  • Thermal Resistance RD: 0,80 m2 K/W

STIROTERMAL SILENT REFLECT

Stirotermal Silent Reflect is a panel, which besides appropriate thermal insulation also provides insulation against impact sound whose level is reduced by 28 dB. Made of elasticated styrofoam and vacuum-coated in silver metallized PE film. It has knobs of octagonal and conical shape, which enable easy installation of pipes with diameters of 16 to 20 mm in intervals of at least 7.5 cm. The lock system enables firm joining of the plates. It is suitable for installation under cement screed in residential homes and offices, where impact sound insulation is required.

Characteristics

  • Thermal Conductivity  λD: 0,038 W/m.K
  • Thermal Resistance RD: 0,80 m2 K/W

STIROTERMAL BASIC

The boards STIROTERMAL Basic is produced in two insulation thicknesses: type 15 and type 30. They are produced out of harder EPS and are vacuum-coated with a blue PE film. Octagonal conical naps enable the installation of pipes with diameters of 16 to 20 mm at an interval of at least 7.5 cm; additional attachment of the pipes is not necessary. The special shape of the edges allows a firm coupling of panels to each other. The boards are suitable for the installation under cement screed and the admissible uniform load pressure is of up to 2400 kg/m2.

Characteristics
  • Thermal conductivity  λD: 0,037 W/m.K

STIROTERMAL SOLO

Stirotermal Solo is a thermoformed panel with knobs, made from hard polystyrene film in a thickness of 1 mm. The shape of the knobs allows for a very firm grip of pipes in diameter of 14 to 18 mm at an interval of at least 50 mm. It is ideal for installations in renovations, where the thermal insulation has already been implemented and where the total thickness of the layers is limited. The panel can also be installed together with the thermal insulation EPS 100 or EPS SILENT T. The panels join solidly and waterproof with each other longitudinally and transversely according to the principle “knob into knob”, and are suitable for installation under cement or floating screed.

STIROTERMAL DRY

Stirotermal Dry is a board of expanded polystyrene (EPS) with grooves for the heating pipes. The board is intended for dry installation of floor respectively wall heating in residential and commercial premises. Prior to installation of the heating pipes, radiation sheets are inserted into the grooves of the board which allow heat transfer to the plate surface.

Characteristics
  • Compressive stress: 150 k Pa (10 % def.)

HEAT TRANSFER METAL SHEET

The heat transfer metal sheet is made of galvanized steel sheet. The sheet has a channel that is adapted for mounting tubes of diameter 16 mm.

EPE PERIMETER STRIP

The EPE perimeter strip is made of expanded polyethylene of closed cell structures. It is used to prevent the dispersal of impact sound at the joint screed – wall. The partially self-adhesive back side easily glues to the wall, an additional polyethylene tape prevents the swelling of the screed between edge strip and system panel.

Wood Wool Boards for General Use

Wood wool cement-bonded boards can be used for an extremely wide range of applications. Depending on the intended use, you can opt for single-layer or multi-layer boards. Multi-layer panels feature an additional layer of thermal insulation made of mineral wool or expanded polystyrene.
